You need to contact your Reseller or Your IPtv Provider (Wherever you purchased your subscription) ,Only they can check if your subscription line is working.

Hi thank you for getting back to me the problem is that I can get in touch with him any more for a month now so is there any other way I can resolve this problem on my duplex iptv Edit I can see it is active until November 2025
Without having contact with your provider there is not much you can do. Only option now may be to find another provider. There are many resources here.
