Playlist not working

I have had my account for three years and it’s been working fine. I’ve just renewed it for a year and I was showing playlist not found playlist error so I’m trying to fix it but I don’t know how to. It’ll be very kind to get some help please

You need to contact your Reseller or Your IPtv Provider (Wherever you purchased your subscription) ,Only they can check if your subscription line is working.

I think, you should contact with your service provider as you are getting playlist related error.

Hi thank you for getting back to me the problem is that I can get in touch with him any more for a month now so is there any other way I can resolve this problem on my duplex iptv Edit I can see it is active until November 2025

Without having contact with your provider there is not much you can do. Only option now may be to find another provider. There are many resources here.
