Portal issues??

Good evening,
I can no longer reset my password in the portal.

After I clicked on the reset link in the mail I get this error:

403 Forbidden
nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

Can someone help?

Who is your Reseller? Where or of who did you bought your IPTV Subscription?

Everything has been cleared up. The link in the mail now works again and I was able to reset my password.
