Portuguese channels always freeze on big games

Hi!

Every time that there's a big game on Portuguese sports channels they freeze and it's impossible to watch the game.

When this channels freeze all other channels are OK.

How can this be solved? Have multiple users that complain about about this and know other friends with other providers where everything works 100%.

Are they using Meo, or NOS?

Onlt Vodafone doesn't cut the speed during big games.

I just watched the last few days some matches..last big match on saturday Porto vs. Sporting... also yesterday I watched Feirense vs. VSC and I never had any freeze or lag. I don't know if they're using MEO or NOS... do you think it makes any difference?!

Have the same problem too, and some times the SD channel freezes more than the HD ones which is even more strange

Using Vodafone here and sometimes it also freezes... Didn't watch any of the games in the previous weeks so dont know if still happens
