Hi. Where can I report a reseller that hasn't activated my account more than a week after he recieved my payment? He does not reply to my support ticket in the dashboard?

you can tag him here with an @ at the beginning of his name.
and did you sent a pm to him here on forum ? give him a chance to reply to you first
