Hi guys I am currently a reseller but i am seeking to upgrade to my own system. I love the setplex layout and interface and so does my customers. I recently reached out to them to try to buy their system but the reps were very evasive and basically rushed me off the phone. Ive tried to call twice now. Im assuming theyre trying to make sure that i am not the authorities or anything but how do i get them to allow me to buy their services? I have the money and im ready to get started asap. I was wondering if anybody else experienced these problems? and are there people that were actually successful buying their service?
They even mentioned that i need to have distributor rights for all my channels
which is laughable because i kno for a fact the guy that im reselling services for right now does not have distributor rights at all.
