Recording on Formuler boxes

I asked this question in a formuler forum but no one could help. I have foruler Z10 boxes out with my Customers and using my iwn apk that I had made for me. It is based on the Smarters platform but can't seem to get it to record live or from the epg side of things. When I hit the record function it just takes a screenshot. I was sure at one time I had the choice to record by hitting the OK button. Anyone else had thios problem? Hope you can help. Jack

I have no idea about your customized app.. But to enable recording live streams you need a line with 2 connections allowed

Thanks for the quick response vitshinzo. I also contacted my provider who I recently changed to and was told they don't provide that. I have an account with my old provider with 2 connections on it and didn't work on that either. They are in a diffenet part of he Country and time zone so I will email them and ask.
