Setting Favorites in Smarters Pro on a Samsung TV

I can not set up favorites on the Smarters Pro App. I have done it on the computer but on the TV when I hold the centre remote button as requested no option to set as favorite opens. Help

Normally a long press on a channel which is not in favourites will add to favourites.

Check the list of favorites, maybe channels have been added and you don't know

I have the same issue. Any help appreciated. Would it be the Samsung Remote that is the problem?

I just figured it out. Highlight the channel you want to favorite then on the Samsung remote there is the 123 button with colors. Press that button. Go to more then select the yellow colored "C". Then the channel with be added to your favorites.
