same here. and some channels still show the wrong the channel or have poor quality.

What does it mean maybe because you are in UK ? Why are these problems occurring if you are in UK ?

Ct Sport works for 15 seconds then it’s down! Horrible picture if it works

The correct way for you guys to deal with this is to rapport the channel in your dashboard/channels/new rapport.

Hello,

To make sure your channel problem reports are seen and attended to, you need to report them in the correct way.
If a channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture or Wrong Channel report it at the "Channels" section (http://prntscr.com/kku652) directly from your Dashboard.
The channel does not show up at channel report - then submit a ticket from your DB.
