i got samsung 8k tv and installed smarter player pro and got subscription.
On several occasions, I noticed channel i am watching suddenly lose audio.In addition, occasionally the screen would just go dark with message saying “sorry can’t play video” or some wording like that. Anyone know why this happens? I reached out to the sales person and he is just useless!
in addition, how can i turn on captions using samsung remote? I was able to get to the screen but for whatever reason it doesn’t let me go and select captions.
