It works very well, when i loa

d the categorie of series is very fast but when i choose the serie that i want to ser i get the issue (see the screenshot)
I unstalles the app and installed it again and the same prob, i reduced the number of series, the same prob.
With movie, the app works very fast and very well

do you have a valid rapid iptv subscription ? if yes, who is your reseller ? did you get in touch with him ?

the support within this community is dedicated to rapid iptv, you won't get support for other "cheap" providers here...
better get in touch with your reseller, he is the only one who might be able to help you with above case :(

looks like samsung smart tv has limited cache/memory and missing codec for the vod movies/series.
try another iptv app, with a little of luck you might get the right codec installed.
 
But if u see the screenshot, I can't load the discription of the serie not when i want to read the file
