SmartIptv disabled

I've had a subscription SmartIptv for 7 months. All of a sudden it's been disabled eventuellt though i've paid until May 2021 and their "chat"-option is not available.
Does anyone have any ideas of what to do?

or request here for a trial or here for a subscription

My reseller won't answer! :(.
And I won't start a new subscription when I paid for another 5 months.
Why would another reseller be more reliable than the one I was recommended by several users?

Did you bought your subscription out of this community?
If not, then it's the wrong place here to complaint.
If yes, report the reseller name to a moderator.

All blue badged reseller out of this community are reliable, you can check their raking and feedbacks from other clients and check his history while you look into his profile to better figure out if you can trust him or not. But as I said most likely all blue badged resellers out if this community are awesome here
