Sound issue on Smart IPTV

Does anyone know how I can fix the sound issue on my Smart IPTV app. The picture is ok but there is a little speaker icon on the left hand side of screen. I have tried everything to try and remove it so that I can get the sound back but with no luck. Any ideas please?

Smart iptv on fire TV stick?
Simply start any channel and once running, keep the UP button on the circle on your remote control on hold for a few seconds and the volume should turn up again
