Swedish Channels sorting

Sjuan needs to be sorted, it is not in the right place, see the post above.

In Swedish folder it looks like channels after "Viasat Sport Premium HD SE" have just been added to the folder and not been sorted to their correct position:
Viasat History SE, Viasat Explore SE and Viasat Nature SE should move up to be put after National Geographic Wild SE
MovieTime Kids should move up to the other kids channels, put after Nicktoons SE
C More Live SE and C More Live 2 SE should move up to the other C More Live channels

Beside of this, also "Sjuan HD SE" should move up to "Sjuan SE".
