Tivimate on nvidia shield cant load m3u

My tivimate says wrong m3u when i try with new subscription, ihad tried two different adresses/subsrciptions, it worked fine with the old subscription/xtremecode.
I have restarted my modem(wifi),nvidia,deleted tivimate and downloadet it again, i have premium version.
So if anyone can suggest i solution i would be grateful

@snubbet the best would be to talk to your reseller. He is the only one who has access to your dashboard and that might be helpful to guide you and find a solution.
