Transfer recording from iPhone to compiter

I have made a recording on my iPhone using the GSE app, but how do I transfer it to my computer?

Does anyone have info on this question. I have a recording on my ipad that I would like to move to my computer but no luck :-(

Thanks very much Nonid for taking the time to respond. I did some further digging and it seems as though anything downloaded within GSE Smart IPTV stays within that program at least on an iPad. I used various file transfer tools but as of iOS 8 only certain folders are viewable / accessible.
