Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing some frustrating buffering issues with my IPTV service lately when I search websites that are heavy like UniverseCover and video content articles, and I thought I’d share some tips that helped me resolve it. Hopefully, these can help others facing similar problems.

Common Issues and Solutions:

  1. Internet Speed:
    • Ensure your internet speed is sufficient. Most IPTV services recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD content.
    • If your speed is lower, consider upgrading your plan or switching to a more reliable provider.
  2. Network Congestion:
    • Avoid peak internet usage times when many users are online.
    • Disconnect other devices from your network that may be consuming bandwidth.
  3. Device Performance:
    • Make sure your device (e.g., Smart TV, Android box, Firestick) is updated to the latest firmware.
    • Clear the cache of your IPTV app regularly to ensure smooth performance.
  4. VPN Usage:
    • Sometimes using a VPN can help with buffering issues, especially if your ISP throttles services.
    • Choose a VPN with servers optimized.
  5. Quality of Service (QoS):
    • Check if your router supports QoS and prioritize IPTV traffic to reduce buffering.

Feel free to share any other tips or tricks that have worked for you!

Thanks for your tips.
As i understood this is targets end-user not the IPTV server operator. right?
Because i got such issue on my server because of high I/O on the server hard drive, and also may happen if you dont use ramdrive to store live streams
