Tunisia channels

Thank you for your service.
I noticed that the Arabic channels are all in the same group.

I have some customer requests, whether it is possible to have the channels of Tunisia in a separate group.
It would be easier if the group is already deployed instead of manually customizing the files or adding them to the favorites.

Is it possible to set this up?
