tvip s. box 412 not starting

Hi, my tvip box s. 412 is not starting anymore.
When i want to start, its just a black screen, nothing happens.
Also when I press the remote button, nothin happen, i can also not press the settings button, nothing is happen.
What can I do?

did you get your subscripton out of this community ?
have you tried to remove the :80 or :8080 from your link/portal url ?
if that doesn't help, best would be to get in contact with your reseller.

how should I remove the :8080, I don´t see anything when I start the box..
I try to reset to factory settings, with : S.Info, 4, 9, S.Info, but it doesnt work..
