unable to request trial

hi,
i have requested trial in the trial thread and a seller named @Hectorious sent me a trial.
but i was ill for two weeks and i could not try it and then after i got better i wanted to try but i get error message saying link has expired.
so i tried to get trial again in the trial thread but someone keeps deleting my message and it says i already had a trial but i didn't you can ask @Hectorious.

I herewith confirm that his trial is still not activated in my dashboard.
And as per above message, he is unable to activate it cause the activation link seems to be expired.

How to handle such a case ?
