unable to watch any of the live channels on IPHONE

Hello everyone,
I have IPTV SMARTERS PRO, and I am unable to watch any of the live channels. Been getting error "playback error" on my smartphone.
I can watch them regularly on my Ipad but not on my Iphone.
can you please help me?

Please make these changes then try again

1. Go to on "Settings"
2. on Stream Format choose "MPGETS (ts)"
3. Player Settings choose "Hardware Decoder"
4. Click Save and try
