SL3000 Playready Device CDMs available - (original device dump/devicetypeid, bgroupcert.dat, zgpriv.dat and compiled .prd file is included)

These will not get blacklisted as the requests are made correctly using devicetypeid,
unlike L1 CDMs which get banned quickly.
