Installing XUI.ONE 1.5.13 from scratch is simple if you follow this complete step-by-step tutorial. This guide assumes you have access to a dedicated server running Ubuntu 20.04.

Recommended Server Specifications​

To ensure a smooth IPTV experience with XUI.ONE, your server should meet these minimum specs:

  • CPU: Intel Xeon or AMD Ryzen (6+ cores)
  • RAM: 16–32 GB DDR4
  • Storage: SSD or NVMe (480 GB or more)
  • Network: Dedicated 1 Gbps port
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (clean install)

Recommended Providers​

We recommend choosing reliable and affordable providers such as:

  • Hetzner – Affordable dedicated servers, scalable and reliable infrastructure.
  • Worldstream – Great network performance, good pricing, and fast provisioning.
These providers offer excellent balance between price, performance, and flexibility, especially for IPTV services.

Step 1: Get Root Access​

Once your server is installed with Ubuntu 20.04, open your terminal and run:

sudo su -

Enter your server password when prompted. If successful, you will notice the terminal prompt change to #, indicating root access.

Step 2: Download and Install XUI.ONE​

To download the full installation package and instructions, please visit the official documentation page:

This page contains the latest download links, full setup instructions, and any necessary updates or patches.

⚙️ Step 3: Configuration Prompt​

During installation, you will be asked:

Overwrite sysctl configuration? Recommended! (Y / N):

Type y and press Enter.

Installation will continue and finalize the setup including your license.

Final Step: Panel Access Info​

After a few moments, the script will output the following:

  • ✅ Access URL to your XUI.ONE panel
  • Secret connection code
  • ️ MySQL credentials saved at: /root/credentials.txt
Make sure to save this information securely, as it will be required to log into your panel.

What’s Next: Setup and Configuration​

Once your panel is installed, log in using the URL and credentials provided. You can now:

  • Add your IPTV streams and channels
  • Configure load balancers
  • Set up EPG sources
  • Add users and resellers
  • Secure the panel using the built-in key regeneration tool
 
One thing I'd add for people just starting is to make absolutely sure your Ubuntu 20.04 is a minimal, fresh install before you begin. Trying to install this on a server that already has other services running can sometimes cause port conflicts that are a pain to troubleshoot later. Saving the login credentials from the final step somewhere safe right away is also a lifesaver. It's easy to close the terminal and lose that info.

o11pro and its website got upset because I called it exactly what it is, a scammer. This is not something I assumed. This is what my members told me after they were scammed by the o11pro (dot) com website. But the interesting part is happening right now.

This guy, Vespasian, is the owner of the o11pro (dot) com website and needs no introduction. It has been known for a long time that he is a 100% verified scammer, reported across all groups.

So, dear community, do not let yourselves be deceived by these individuals who are constantly looking for victims through every possible channel, here, on Telegram, Discord, forum posts, or shady websites.

I know my website has upset many scammers, but that was the goal from the very beginning, my friends. From the moment I started this project, this is exactly what I wanted to do, and I knew what I was getting into. We know exactly who we are as a team and what we are capable of. We have already demonstrated that through our actions and through the large number of members who have chosen to support us. That only reinforces our credibility and leaves no room for doubt about who we are.

At IPTVTOOLS, we prove ourselves through actions, satisfied members, professionalism, and prompt support.

You scammers have only one goal, to find your next victim and try every possible method to deceive them. But never forget that karma always catches up with everyone.

I am the one that gave you the o11pro binarys you cracked - those came from Vespasian.

Before I gave you the license bin you were stuck trying to bypass everything.

Then once you figured it out (with AI I might add) this guy has NO SKILL WHAT SO EVER.

You think he would give me a copy? Nope.

He charges me full price, then vibe codes a non working solution.

When I asked him about it, blocks me on Telegram.

The real scammer here is iptvtools, I have proof and will post all the screenshots in a different thread.
 
Oh dear ScriptDragon, you are also a scammer yourself. You sold one of my members two DRM scripts along with fake installation and usage instructions.

The scripts were non-functional, and you never wanted to provide him with a working version because, according to you, he had not purchased o11 PRO from you, even though you had only sold him the scripts.

Also, I have never used your binary. If you still have our conversations, feel free to post here exactly which binaries you sent me. They were old o11 PRO binaries.

The version I gave you was simply a newer release that also includes Cron. You can verify that yourself.

If your disappointment is that I did not give you a discount, then that's perfectly fine from my point of view. However, you received a 100% clean and fully functional o11 PRO software package, and it is still working flawlessly to this day without interruption. You could at least say "thank you" for that.

As for the claim that I blocked your Telegram ID, oh dear friend, I never blocked you. Just remember that within a single month you changed your Telegram username five times, and despite that, we still managed to identify who you were. Personally, I find it very suspicious to work with someone who changes their Telegram username five times in one month. No offense, but I have one Telegram account that is five years old and another that is two years old, and neither has ever been blocked or changed for any reason.

If we're talking about being scammed, then tell me, my friend. I can revoke the o11 PRO version you purchased, and then you would actually know what it feels like to be scammed.

You cannot claim that I scammed you when you received an o11 PRO version with a clean binary number, a new licensing server, and newly certified signatures, all of which you are still using today.

The interesting thing is that all of you have something in common. Every one of you sells o11 PRO and scripts. Every one of you is a scammer, and you all accuse each other of being scammers.

ScriptDragon, do you remember when you used to tell me that Vespasian was the biggest scammer, that you hated him for selling non-functional DRM scripts, and that you also hated everyone else selling o11 PRO? You kept saying it was impossible for them to have a real version, that everything was fake, and that the o11pro (dot) com website was run by a scammer.

With that being said, I am waiting for your answer. If you want, I can revoke the o11 PRO version I gave you. Then you could honestly say that I scammed you, and we would all accept that.

Losing my TG account had everything to do with fake accounts flooding my inbox and clicking the report function. Its actually quite easy it turns out to get Telegram accounts banned, its actually an easy purchased service. That is no reason not to communicate, just a convenient excuse to hide the garbage you sold me and avoid answering questions.

Regarding your "customer" why not share with me who that is so we can examine that situation?
I don't sell non working scripts. Everything I sell is verified working.

Now if you know someone who can't read basic instructions or figure out how to operate the panel then that is on them, not me.

My chiming in here in this thread is not any endorsement of the sellers currently attacking you, I am simply posting we have some serious unresolved issues to discuss and you blocked our communication.

So until you get on Telegram with me and resolve your issues, yes you are a scammer just like the rest of them.

What a parasite! Normally nulled things are free!

Iptvtools: stolen, nulled panels that you mostly took from other people, like that xaccel crack was taken from FZs discord server, your tutorials and website are vibe coded trash. Your XUI is some crappy refactoring that missed many critical things.

Do you have anything legitimate to offer this community? Or do you just steal everyone's work and sell it as your own?

I am not o11 pro. My customers have told me you are talking trash about me that is why I posted. All my solutions work and you dare say these things about me? You are legit selling nulled stuff like a script kiddy.

You asked for proof. Well, here it is. Proof has now surfaced that you are a scammer who sold two DRM scripts to one of our members, a serious customer who wanted to build a DRM system. He agreed to buy two scripts from you, but later you refused to help him with the installation simply because he had not purchased o11 PRO from you.

Seriously, man? Once you sold him the scripts, he naturally expected them to be functional and properly documented, not to receive worthless files with generic documentation and no clear evidence that they actually worked. So everyone can see how you treat your customers, your own customer asked me to make the scripts functional because you, the person who took his money, refused to help him. I fixed them, but they broke again because the files you sent him were complete garbage.

You could probably find this exact conversation in your Telegram history, but unfortunately you're unlucky enough to have Telegram close your accounts five times a month.

I'll say it, and anyone can confirm it. An honest person who isn't doing anything suspicious doesn't have their Telegram account repeatedly closed. There is simply no reason for that to happen.

Scammers, on the other hand, are the ones whose accounts get closed because of reports, or who constantly change their Telegram IDs because they've scammed too many people and are looking for their next victim under a new identity.

If you're wondering why I no longer want to talk to you on Telegram, I've already explained it. I don't want anything to do with scammers, not even a private conversation. So don't expect me to speak with you on Telegram again, because that is clearly not going to happen. I despise scammers, and I always will.

Now, let's get back to your claim that I scammed you. Since you currently have a fully functional o11 PRO software package, it would be dishonest to claim that I scammed you, and of course you would have no evidence to support such a claim. Okay, so officially, you are the least intelligent scammer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and believe me, I've dealt with quite a few.

Nulled software does not automatically mean free software. Think about it. Someone has to put in the effort to create a nulled version. Effort means resources, and resources cost money.

With your highly advanced intelligence, you somehow concluded that I should invent completely different software and then publish that instead. Apparently, that's all you managed to understand.

Considering your level of intelligence, we can all safely conclude that you are not the o11 developer. The real o11 developer is clearly an intelligent person because building software like that is not easy. That raises an interesting question. How much of a hypocrite do you have to be to accuse someone else of taking other people's work and reposting it while you are doing exactly the same thing yourself?

Or are you actually trying to claim that you are the official o11 developer?

Now let me explain something to you personally. Maybe this time you'll understand.

At IPTVTOOLS, we do not reinvent software. We don't build another Xaccel or another o11. We find working versions, we test them, we make sure they contain no backdoors, we create proper documentation and installation scripts, and we publish them on our platform, where members who support our project have full access to all of this software without having to buy separately all the junk that you people sell.

Right now, there are three groups of people who are unhappy with us.

  1. Scammers whose sales have dropped because of us.
  2. Developers who create nulled software but hide backdoors inside it, which we remove before making it available.
  3. Members who are satisfied with our services, who trust that when they visit IPTVTOOLS they will find every piece of software they need in one place, fully functional and properly prepared, not the garbage that you sell.
The only group we care about is the third one, our members. They are the end users, and they can get everything they need in a safe way, with the confidence that they are not being deceived in any way.

So, are you the official o11 developer?

Because if your answer is yes, then I have a very interesting challenge for you that would allow you to prove you are the person who actually created o11. If you can do that, you will have all my respect.

As for you, dear scammer, I never personally concluded that you are a scammer. People did. People who bought non-functional garbage from you. Seriously, everything is documented here on this legitimate forum. There is no way to hide it.

If people were scammed by you, it is only natural that they are angry and accuse you. I don't even need to say anything because everything is already visible in the screenshots. There were also other reports on a forum that was recently shut down, where the administrator used to protect you and manipulate or remove any negative posts about you. Just because those posts were deleted doesn't mean people have forgotten them.

I bought an adult channel script, and they delivered one that only contained a free m3u playlist of channels, the kind you find on GitHub. It took them weeks to send me another one that did exactly the same thing. It had channel names like Playb**, etc., but it wasn't those channels; it was the same m3u playlist they had already given me, just with a different script. On the website, they advertise it as:

Proof was posted MULTIPLE time by MULTIPLE people in many of your FAKE SCAM threads, including this one. Wonder why they all get deleted and you have to create them again.

I have to admit, that's quite shocking. If we were to rank scammers based on the number of reports, you would be the clear number one by a wide margin.

I see Dragon standing his ground and not wanting to support a clueless customer who didn't buy a legit panel. How does that make him a scammer?

I get this all the time from this iptvtools seller. Just sells garbage and dumps his customers on us for scripts and support.

Guys go to him and buy a shit panel that he sold them with NO INSTRUCTIONS, NOT HELP SECTION.

Then they come to my site or Dragons and buy a script THEN DEMAND we install it AND MAKE VIDEOS TEACHING THEM HOW TO USE O11.

That is clearly what you are showing in your screenshots and he is clearly explaining the same to him.
We both provide clear instructions for each script, so what is the problem?

Honesty is your number one rule, right up until you get paid. After that, a miracle always seems to happen and Telegram suddenly bans your accounts. Completely out of nowhere, of course. Definitely not because you did anything suspicious. Oh no.
