Z7+ HDD

Relatively new to IPTV, got a formuler z7+ but want to be able to record/pause so could someone please give me ideas as to what external hard drive to buy for it? Cheers

I use a 2tb usb stick works fine but the myonlinetv app I find crap causing so many issues

do you guys know the best device to use for recording, but mainly time record something in the future, some say formuler z8
