    Agreed I never have any issues with eithier of my Nvidia Shield Pro. Had mine for 6 years. Still going strong. Take them apart clean out fans and apply new thermal past and off to the races again. Highly recommend

    Yes you can create a group may not actually be under your favorites category but can create a group to place channels under. Not sure if that helps. I created a specific group for my wife so she has her favorites and I have mine.

    I have had some older devices do what your saying and I've tried factory resets. Sometimes they work other times it's time for new device.

    Hello, Have you been able to sort this all out? I had this issue in the past at times. I believe your provider might be having problems with server. Not 100 percent certain on this,, but I would ask provider to start if you haven't already.

    Without having contact with your provider there is not much you can do. Only option now may be to find another provider. There are many resources here.

    New to IPTV

    In regards to streaming device. I recommend Nvidia Shield or Nvidia Shield Pro. All I use and they work great. Little pricey, but want quality devices have to pay for them.

    If everything is working properly it should update automatically. I use tivimate all the time for years. Epg works fine 95 percent of the time

    I would go with Nvidia shield I have the tube version and pro version all hardwired in my home. They all work great
