I think you are have a different service... its either that or your Set Top Box is a real dodgy one from what you described. Check your equipment if the service is from Rapid. What you say has nothing to do with the service which is 99.9% always top notch. Thanks.

Hello, I have bought the MAG 520 however I was told that the latest STB from Informir is not yet compatible with this service. When will the system upgrade be made so that I be able to use my MAG 520 Device on this service please?

I have been told that this service is not compatible with the new Mag's which where launched 5 months ago :( Such a shame he will have to use an other service till services are compatible.
