Backup Tivimate

Hi, on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro I want to make a backup of my Tivimate channellists and favorites. Whats is/are the file(s) I need to backup?
When I use X Explorer I found under Applicatons Tivimate, but is this just the app, or also all my settings in Tivimate?

There is a "backup" feature within the Tivimate application. It takes a backup of all your app settings, playlists etc and saves them to a file. It is this file that you will need to restore if you reinstall Tivimate on a new device and want to keep old settings

Just to add, restoring the backup on a different version of Tivimate is hit and miss. Backup of settings from version 4.4.0 may not restore properly on version 4.5.1. I would take a backup each time you upgrade Tivimate to a newer verison.
