Can't enter user name and password? Please help

IPTV Smarters just installed on my Android box. URL entered. Then I click on Add user. can't enter username and password? Where can I still enter my username and password? can not find. also reinstalled once but don't get that option?

Yes I have a Username and Password and a URL.
But if I have entered the URL If I then click on add user. he goes to the main menu. and hence cannot find where I can enter my. User name and Password,

Can't I see the screen where I have to enter my data? I don't get to see the 4th image

I think the problem has been solved. found it where I can later enter Use name And Password. now it works. Thank you for responding quickly
