Unfortunately, the buffer and freeze problems have persisted since 4 pm. The problems currently exist at 7:40 pm. That has nothing to do with faulty internet or device. Tested with several customers. Tested with internet, 4g mobile, different players (duplex play) and different devices (cell phone, smart tv) only this channel buffers! All other channels run wonderfully. One more thing: The channel cannot be found in the dashboard? You cannot report this channel. Hope to quickly localize the problem. Thank you
