Hello everyone,

Yes, we had a lot of problems with the epg in the past, but now working to improve much as possible. As you noticed we also added under channel report new options as no epg and wrong epg,
and your help is appreciated for reporting problems, but since we don't have option to send a comment to you on each report, I'll try to explain here how this fixing will work :
- first of all there is no available epg for all channels , so when you report as no epg , and we mark as fixed, (and epg not added) means it's not available.
- also when we add epg, keep on mind that sometimes need more time until you can see on tv ,
So please, do not repeat reporting for 'no epg' if it's not on screen after 1-2 days, we don't have it.
It's a slow process and our team always first check reports for down channels, then epg.
