Extension of line charges 3months instead of 1

Hello mates,
got this problem once again. I've extended one line for one month, but it automatically extended for 3 months instead. That's the third time it does so. Whats the matter ?
By the way, the option "new ticket" on my dashboard is also not available so i had to post the problem here.
