Good ISP for IPTV in uk

Hi, my ISP in the UK is currently Vodafone. So slow and IPTV stutters quite often. Got 70mbps but only reach 5 sometimes. I will change, who is best for IPTV? Was thinking EE, do they block during matchtime? I read some do.

I'm currently with Virgin and find Sports channels are down during live games.

Is this not the case with Post Office Fibre?

I'm with Vodafone and they aren't down during games either, just bad bandwidth. Only the top 6 (I think) UK providers block during match times (as per a court order)
