Greek channels

Barely any of them seem to be working? But other channels are fine, am I the only one having this issue?

All Greek Channels with MAG 250 devices having a problem, the greek pack is empty

Im using an m3u list with the IPTV app on a Samsung TV. My brother gets his IPTV from rapid too but his greek channels work. Should I maybe contact My reseller? It seems that its just the greek channels that dont work for me and those are the only ones we watch att home.
