Help to find the right box and provider

Hi there

As you can see on my profile I am new here and I am also new to IPTV.

Currently I have a normal digital TV subscription but would like to change to IPTV, but I dont know anything about it.

So I am looking for some help.

Questions I have:

Is there a box with which I can record/replay TV?
Is there a box where I can sort my channel list?
What is the easiest way to find a provider which offers the channels I am looking for?

I think I should mention, that I have a pi 3 at home with kodi and a synology NAS which could be used to store recordings. Maybe this helps with giving an answer on my questions.
