I get a 1 sec buffer every 45 seconds

Hi,

I recently noticed that I get a 1 sec buffer every 40 seconds, doesnt matter what channel. I checked my Wifi logs and there is a top spike when it happens, but why?
I couple weeks back I never had this problem, I cant say when exactly this started as I havent watched tv lately that much.

Any ideas?
