Identify the IPTV provider

Hi,
I am newbie in IPTV world. I hope somebody can help me.
I have bought a IPTV modem/box with a subscription from someone. I don't know the subscription company name, website or whatever. I only see like the name of 2 URLs in Connection settings of my IPTV modem/box.
(side info : Actually the connection is not working since around 1 hour).
The person who sold me it is not reachable and has not answered to my Question before. I don't know who is the provider of my IPTV service (the name of website , or if there is a community for it, etc).

May I know if there is any way that I can find the name/website of my IPTV service provider while I know the 2 Connections links of from my IPTV box settings page ?
( the 2 URLs are like strange web address but when I type them in my Web browser, nothing opens)
