Info for customer from Switzerland

The Provider Swisscom block our Service.
I get from few customers the information that Swisscom block our IPTV.

I use the DNS viptv.xdns.pro
Swisscom say thats a "malicious site"

I dont know its only for xdns.pro or all DNS

Hello, I have exactly the same problem.
I opened a ticket in my Dashboard.
Here is the answer received:
Swisscom enabled on their routers ''smart safe'' option,
clients need to disable it and also firewall and sevice will work fine again.
The problem is that I do not have a ''smart safe'' option in my router.
Have you successfully connected to another DNS?

I made the change to the DNS and indeed everything seems to be in order.
I have my IPTV channels and I have access to VOD again.

Try Google : 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Or : 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

I used those from Cloudflare
DNS1: 1.1.1.1
DNS2: 1.0.0.1

Merci viu mau for the info. We are also with Swisscom but never had this kind of problem. However we will be changing to a local glass-fibre provider soon and hope they won't be playing the Big Brother game.
