Mag 256 tv channels not working

Hi there , i have an issue with mag 256
. I can see the channels and video club lists but if I click on a channel or movie they don’t show ...
oddly enough the radio does work though

I took the device to my friends house and it’s working fine ...

I have a mag 324 which works fine too ..

... any idea how to resolve this issue ?

I’ve tried reboots , I’ve tried changing DNS to 8888

no luck sofar
