I just got a new MAG524w3 and it works fine. The problem is when I try to reduce the AVR volume on my Marantz SR5012 receiver remote - it interferes with the channels in the MAG. There was no problem with my previous MAG 322. All my devices are connected to the Marantz. Is there some way to change the frequency of the MAG524w3 box and the remote to avoid interference. I have already setup HDMI-CEC as ignore and HDMI actions as off - so it stopped switching my TV off. Any suggestions would help - or I want to return this box, rather than trying to hide it and avoid the interference manually.
