Since we did many changes yesterday, today need to assimilate everything, so be patient, do not panic if sometimes something goes down at some moment. Now we are on Portal, soon will be available.

Update (11.04.2019): We apologize for the delay in releasing the update for the Dashboard due to an unforeseen problem.

Update (12.04.2019) We are releasing a new update at Friday, April 12, 2019, 12:00 AM and Dashboard will be unavailable for a maximum of 1 hour.

Dear All,

For the regular maintenance, our servers are temporarily down. Don't be panic our Dev teams are working hard to get turn everything back to normal.

There is no ETA, as that might be misleading, but we heard our technician mention something like 24 hours.

Please accept our apology for about 24 hours down due to system maintenance. M3U base devices are online now, channels will be stable gradually.

In the next step, MAG portal will be online too.

Dear All,

All providers have faced major problems in the last month. So do we. It is not easy to find a solution and fix everything quickly. Our entire team works around the clock to resolve the current problem as soon as possible. You can notice that channels come online and went offline, we test all the time.

Dear All,

The Dashboard will be up in a few whiles, lines m3u working but not MAG and E2. You won't be able to create new lines and make any changes, just to see lines. If we allow creating this will cause more problems.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update (14:15 CET): Found a solution for MAG and E2, need time to set-up, after that, all should work normal, full access to Dashboard (lines, editing, creating, extending, etc)

After the maintenance now we are coming back gradually.

The Dashboard is available now but creating and updating the lines disabled (you can only see the previously created lines).

We will enable these features as soon as possible. Also please consider streams are available in all devices now.

Currently we are testing new security update on Stalker Portal (devices that uses mag portal URL) only for users that connecting from Spain. If you faced any problem, Please contact support immediately. Thanks for your cooperation and helping us in developments.

Testing will be ended on 18th Feb 2020 12:00 UTC.

We think we should give some official statements, regarding the recent events. Given that various stories are spreading, and some articles on the internet, regarding Rapid IPTV, we need to tell you that all this is totally false and not related to us.

It coincided that at the same time we changed the servers, to be more accessible to users, so we understand that some of you had doubts about it. As you know our service was online very quickly, in less than a day the channels had already started working. Have trust in us, we continue to serve you as before with full power.

Dear All,

Due to some problems in the infrastructure, we had to make some mandatory updates on the service.

At this moment our EPG and VPN servers are offline and VOD are already coming back, part by part. Our Dev teams are working hard to get turn everything back to normal.

It's hard to give an exact ETA ahead of time, but we are working around the clock on it until its resolved. It shouldn't be too long.

We apologize for the problems you are facing.
