“No Data, please check if your playlist is correct” error

For the past month I haven’t had service. I’m receiving the dreaded “No Data, please check if your playlist is correct” error. I have literally completed 20 support tickets, sent several emails with no response. I’ve had this happen in the past but support at least responded to my tickets. Anyone else having this issue with this error message and support not responding? Is there a new playlist?
