Hi!

Have problems with my Smart IPTV after Samsung decided not to have the app anymore. I have loaded and installed a apk. The channel list is on, but not connetcting.
The TV model is: UE49K5515AK. The M3U chanel linkis working on my Nvidia Shield and GSE IPTV(on my Iphone).

- Its a big ? on the app logo. Why?
- What can i do to make it work? Or should i use another player?

Samsung are removing the app from their models gradually. It is best to get LG. Scrap Samsung if you want the SIPTV app.

You can also have a look in the samsung store and see if Smarters is available

or you take a formuler z8 box and all your problems are solved. additionally you are able to catch/up channels and much more which is not possible with app

What have you tried to do to solve the problem?
Have you tried reinstalling the app?
Have you tried switching DNS on your TV to 8888/8844?
