Quality of service has become worse (since 2018)

Hi all,
I am really overthinking to renew my line within the iptv community. I guess there are too many users which causes that a lot of live-tv programs are stucking/buffering. Although the TV is connected via LAN on a 200 Mbit line. I really could observe the "downgrade" since 2018.

change DNS server settings and try VPN, this might be helpful while more and more ISP start throttling IPTV.
