Rapid IPTV throttle

Hello people,

I have noticed for some days that my Internet provider throttles me IPTV.

How I get there:

• Perfect Player played on both smartphone and Android box = extremely buffering.
• As soon as I run Perfect Player with 4G instead of WiFi, it works perfectly.
• My Internet speed is not the problem, I have checked these, both Wi-Fi and LAN I have 200Mbits.

What can I do against it? I have the internet provider UPC, Switzerland. I do not necessarily want to change providers.
