This channel have massive problems the last 6 month! ( wrong rtl passion channel, loops , sound problems , sound not at sync, no sound , channel down , buffering , channel down )! I have made so many tickets in dashboard the last time. Send this ticket to tech team please... Current sound is not at sync with picture since 13 - 18 time of day! We need a second Channel rtl passion de i think.

Channel down since 8 a clock... Cant report in dashboard , to many error messages for that channel

Hello Dear Members,

if you experience problems with a specific channel, report them directly via your Dashboard....
The Tech Team does not read the forum threads, always report them through your DB,
otherwise, they don't know about the problem and it is unlikely to be fixed..

I have made so many tickets and report directly the last 6 month in dashboard the last time...i reported with no sound, no picture, no sound etc....The Channel have sound problems sporadically while the day! what else can i do?

This channel have 2 resolutions 720p and 1080p. They take turns every few hours.The soundtrack is not correct with 1080p! This problem has been for months... Reportet in dashboard, and Made a ticket 100 times... ( soundtrack is not correct in 1080p since 12 a clock) !

Formuler Z8 here... the channel is working perfectly. I think its something to do with the STB or program you are using.

Just tested this channel and sound is synchron....

This problem has been for months.you are testing the 720p resolution.the sound is syncron in 720p, but when it turns in 1080p resolution,the sound is off or not in sync... I dont know, why or who switching this channel in other resolutions. This problem is for month
