Redo settings menu.

A scroll down menu and go back function.
Today when going to settings you must exit every time for each function.

Also introduce a specific feat.
- A menu button for restart the box and webportal

There are a few commands to get what you want on the 605.

1. restart portal = s.info-2-0-s.info
2. restart box = s.info-1-9-s.info
3. reset your box to factory settings = s.info-4-9-s.info

be careful when doing option 2 because the 4 is just under the 1.
