Smart iptv loading primary screen

Hello,

I have a customer that siptv is loading the channel list and after 1 second reloading app and channel and it's looping like this all the time (loading app siptv, loading channel, reloading app, reloading channel, .....).

What tv..?...did he try to delet the app and instal again,

Samsung. Yes already done, i don't ask for help if i don't have tested basic things. The customer have make a full reset of the tv, reinstall app, delete and send the link but the same problem. Tried ethernet and wlan, same problem. I have just 4 bouquets list, have delete all other bouquets too.
