Strange iptv issue

Hi all, wonder if you can help.

I’m using bqeel android box running iptv smarters and also iPhone using iptv smarters. I am on ee broadband and recently been having issues with my iptv.

The live tv works fine on both, the video on demand though is where I’m puzzled. It’s as follows

iPhone using 4g (ee) - VOD works
iPhone using WiFi - VOD doesn’t work

Bqeel using Ethernet - doesn’t work
Bqeel using WiFi - works now and then
Bqeel using 4g (hotspot from iPhone) - works fine.

Anyone else come across a similar problem?

This sounds like either your isp security protection setting or a block by your isp check the security setting on your providers modem
