The network connection was lost

Hi all
I have IPTV smarters, the problem I have is on my iPhone 8, I keep getting the network connection was lost.
On my iPad and firetv box works a treat.
I have removed the app and reinstalled it and I can’t get passed the registration screen.
Any ideas, it worked until a couple of days ago.

What device/app are you using ?

Do you have a valid Rapid iptv subscription ?
