So my TV always shuts down while i'm watching my IPTV.
All other apps like netflix or my nintendo switch keep working fine

But the moment i am watching IPTV my tv shuts itself off without any warning after 10 -15 minutes

Anyone has had this problem and has a solution ?

i have tried changing alot of settings in my tv menu but i havnt been able to solve this problem

I also have tried resetting the tv to basic settings and re install everything

try to reduce bouquet list to 4-5 groups because most smart tv having limited cache/memory.
and change dns servers in router and turn on a vpn. (best would be to get an android box like amazon fire tv stick)

To solve the issue where your LG TV shuts down after 10-15 minutes while using IPTV Smarters Pro, here’s a simple step-by-step approach:
  1. Reduce the number of channel groups (bouquets): IPTV apps often load many channels, which can use a lot of your TV’s memory. Try limiting the list of groups to 4-5, which will reduce the memory load.
  2. Change DNS settings: Go to your router’s settings and change the DNS servers. Using custom DNS servers like Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) can improve stability and help with streaming.
  3. Use a VPN: If your IPTV service is affected by geo-restrictions, turning on a VPN may help improve the connection and prevent the app from overloading the TV.
  4. Consider using an external streaming device: Devices like the Amazon Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box are designed to handle IPTV apps better than smart TVs. This can prevent memory overload and shutdown issues.
