You should find the m3u or EPG Link in your dashboard, use this m3u/EPG url and add it under MyIPTVplayer settings.

smart tv's app stores are limited, under samsung, try the NET IPTV app. but best would be: get an android device, e.g. amazon fire tv stick to enjoy more flexibility.

@zelise try to remove power cable from LG tv to clear cache and then try again. If it doesn't help, go to dashboard and reduce the bouquet list to a minimum, once done, remove power cable again and it should load, cause most smart tvs having limited cache/memory.

portal is kind of old fashion, i strongly prefer m3u and/or xtream codes (xc) login. but rapid works also with portal, you can add mac addres (or mac id or stb emu mac) under the dashboard and you will get the unique portal url. feel free to make a post here and get your offers...
